Day 2: Deep methodology — Adaptive Leadership working session (2.5 jam), Situational Leadership (2 jam), application case study afternoon. Group dinner with fishbowl conversation format.

Day 3 pagi: Authentic Leadership session. IDP finalization individual. Peer coaching pair setup (each paired untuk 6-month commitment).

Day 3 siang: Closing commitment circle — each peserta articulate public commitment. Closing lunch.
